The side sheilds are coming

The need for side shields has grown immensely. We knew we needed them to get our safety glasses to the next level and the priority of this was only increased by your feedback. We worked on several designs for how they would function, attach and look once on the glasses and settled for a slide lock mechanism that slides onto the end of the arm and locks into place once it is in place. This bested a snap on method and ensured they would pass the mass impact standard needed for side shields as well as pass the requirement for lateral protection.

We present to you the first couple photos of the prototypes in use - These will become available November 2018, initially for the Lazer Face, and other z87 models will follow in 2019.
