Domestic Shipping:

Most all domestic shipments are shipped with USPS to provide you with fastest and most cost efficient service possible. We offer a wide range of shipping options through both USPS and FedEx so you can get the product you need as fast as you want it.

All approved orders are shipped during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and all major holidays)

All FedEx packages have an estimated delivery date, which is a date that we guarantee that you will receive your package by. If there is a delay for any reason (besides adverse weather) and you receive your order from us any later than the scheduled delivery date, holler at us and we will refund your shipping costs 100%. Insurance & claims:



Again, while 99% of our orders are delivered without any problems every once in a while a mistake is bound to occur. Sometimes these shipping companies lose/damage/misplace a package in transit. While this an unfortunate situation, we are here to help get things back on track. If for any reason * you do not receive your package, items are missing and or damaged your order is covered and insured for 100% of it's value. All you have to do is e-mail us at and our customer service team (with your cooperation) will quickly and efficiently start a claim to get you a replacement or a refund as fast as possible.

Sales Tax:

If you reside outside of the state of California, ALL ORDERS ARE TAX FREE. If you live in the fine and beautiful state of California you should consider yourself to be very fortunate, but you will have to pay for that, and pay the Santa Clara County tax rate on every dollar (and cent).


USPS Shipping:

We will ship smaller parcels via the United States Postal Service. Tracking is limited but delivery dates are for fairly consistent 99% of the time. Although your package is still insured we are only able to guaranteed a transit time with FedEx.


International shipping: offers worldwide shipping with both FedEx and USPS. FedEx offers one of the best worldwide services available and your package has a 100% money back guarantee to be delivered. FedEx services are usually all delivered within 1 week (besides standard service to Canada which can take up to 2 weeks).


All approved international orders are processed just like our regular orders. To find your exact shipping rate simply add the items you are looking to purchase to the shopping cart. Once you have done this use the pull down menu in the shopping cart to select your country and then click the "recalculate" button. As soon as the page is refreshed a list of shipping methods and rates should appear. Each rate is exact and you will not be charged anything more than the displayed rate.*

Customs, Gifts & Duties:
Please note that we are unable to send out our international orders marked as a gift. The reason for this is that we are registered with our shipping companies as a retailer. If we mark the items as a gift they are more likely to be held by customs. With that said, we try our best to help you avoid hefty tax charges by your government. Usually our international customers luck out and end up not having to pay taxes and duties at all, but in rare instances even though we do our absolute best to help ALL of our customers avoid these taxes there is still a small chance that the customer might end up having to pay for import taxes in the end. does not and will not pay for import taxes, as this is the sole responsibility of the customer. Special note for International customers using USPS: USPS GLOBAL EMS and PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL transit time is not guaranteed nor insured. This is because a USPS GLOBAL EMS package may have to go through several carriers before it reaches its' destination and this can cause unexpected delays.
