Can these be prescribed if taken to an optometrist?

No they are not.
Can I get these with yellow prescription lenses?
Yes on the prescription section here: https://www.heatwavevisualrx.com/heat-wave-vise-z87.html you can click the frames and then it will have a button to "customize prescription lenses"click that and it will give you an option for yellow lenses.
Do these lenses have an anti glare coating, and or do you have a product that does? I'm looking for a clear pair to wear at night with anti glare for my contacts.
None of our clear lensed shades have an anti glare coating. The polarized shades have an anti glare coating but those are all tinted lenses.
