We understand that when buying online you might not always get what you thought you wanted. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason we will gladly accept unworn product in it's original packaging for full refund within 60 days from the date you received it (does not apply to prescription glasses). All you have to do is simply fill out a return form and mail the merchandise back to us. As soon as we get your product back, the return is usually processed within 1-3 business days and a confirmation is sent to you via email.
If you have either ordered the wrong product, the wrong size or have received an item that for any reason you are unhappy with, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made by Heatwavevisual.com please let us know ASAP and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the error.
Heat Wave Visual, Inc. guarantees all of its products against manufacturer's defects for a period of 12 months from the date you received it. We will replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge to the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratched lenses, accidental damage, loss or theft of product, or misuse as determined by Heat Wave Visual, Inc.
