The ULTRA Black lens has the tint (VLT) cranked down to 6%, compared to industry standards of 11% - These lenses are DARKER and legally should not be used when operating a vehicle. On the other hand, these are the ultimate bright outdoor lens. Whether you are on the snow, sand, a white rooftop or just want the ultimate poolside shark lurking lens these are for you.

The Vise® Z87 features an all TR90 construction and tightly holds form and function together, as the Vise® Z87 meets ANSI Z.87 mass-impact requirements (and Z87+ with add on side-shields) featuring 1.9mm thick lenses to aid in protection against basic impacts and flying debris, which enables the Vise® to transcend just that of a regular pair of sunglasses.

"Great pair of glasses, fits perfectly under my helmet and isn’t uncomfortable on the sides of my head. Dark lenses cut the Texas sun down and being Z87 I know I can trust them to take a hit for me. "Heatwave vice glasses are the 🔥! Especially this setup for when I'm riding! This is my second pair, only because my last pair I had hanging on my shirt when I was riding and they flew off. "Awesome glasses! I have a polarized pair of glass costa's and these glasses are identical or better when looking through the lenses. The look of the frames was perfect as far as size goes for my face. The only suggestion I have is to lengthen the ear pieces a little bit more. Out of all the glasses i have worn, I don't run into the problem of the ear pieces being too short, but these were just past my ears which cause them to be a little uncomfortable when wearing for long periods of time. Overall I will definitely be purchasing more products again."

The nose opening is too

"The nose opening is too big, so it feels like it pushes down my nostrils. I like the rest of the glasses but they dont seem to sit on the bridge of the nose they fall to the nostrils."

Is there any way to get the eatshit frames with the z87 lenses?
Unfortunately no, all of those arms will say Z80.3 on them.
Which is darker, ultra black or polarized ultra black?
They are the same darkness. The polarized one just has an extra anti glare polarized coating on them.
Can the side shields come on and off on the vise glasses
Yes they slide and snap on and off the shades.
