When you needed something you could trust to lean on, you knew it was the Chevy Truck. They were more than transportation. For many, they were your lifeline—dependable and long-lasting, like a rock. You relied on them to get you where you needed to be, carrying the marks, memories, and dents that tell the story of the Heartbeat of America. That feeling is still alive and well, you just need to know where to find it.

Heat Wave teamed up with ChevroletⓇ for another collab inspired by an era that shaped both brands, celebrating the trucks, the culture, and the mindset that defined a generation. We dug back into the archives to look for the perfect successor to our Heart Beat of America lineup, and it became clear that Chevy Trucks was the answer. This project celebrates that era with fully licensed heritage ChevroletⓇ logos, re-spun in Heat Wave's signature style, with HWV logos carefully mixed in so you can show your love for both brands together.

Boasting the same great features as the standard Vise®, The XL version is the first pair of (you guessed it) EXTRA-LARGE Heat Wave frames specifically designed for the ones with larger than average heads.

We took the time-tested design of the Vise® and added an extra 10mm in width and jacked up the ride height to 5mm to provide Godzilla-like, larger than life comfort and coverage.

We’ve put the sunglasses game in a choke hold with the Vise®. Uncompromising and bold, the superior design of the Vise® is evident with its hard lines, squared up shape and relaxed fit.

The XL VISE is XTRA-LARGE and in charge. This is our best-selling XL frame and is a true XL. The VISE XL is also a great frame for those with an average to large size head, that just want a bold and roomy XL look.

As far as measurements go, the XL Vise features an added 10mm in width and 5mm height and measures in at 152mm wide for a standard XL width.
